By placing an order with Snowtox, you agree to the following terms regarding delivery and returns. Please review the details below to ensure a smooth shopping experience.


1. Delivery Terms

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or sales events.

Shipping & Transit Time

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days, where available.
    Shipping times may vary depending on your location and selected courier.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order is dispatched. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.

Shipping Delays
Snowtox is not liable for delivery delays caused by courier services, customs, natural disasters, or other external factors beyond our control.


2. Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale or discounted items

  • Customized or limited-edition products

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or wear

Return Process
To initiate a return, contact info@snowtox.com with your order number and reason for return. You will receive return instructions and the designated return address.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Exchanges are processed based on availability and are only offered for items of equal value. Please specify your exchange request in your return email.


3. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@snowtox.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with supporting photos or tracking information. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
